Job Description:

Crown Point Country Club, a thriving destination for casual family-friendly dining, is in a phase of exciting growth. We’re seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join our collaborative and professional culinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality food, adhering to presentation and safety standards.
• Prepare everyday menu items and craft daily specials and soups.
• Cook food items on the line during service hours, including occasional banquets for tournaments, private parties, etc.
• Collaborate with the team for a smooth kitchen operation.
• Contribute ideas for menu improvement and creative presentations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ensure timely and high-quality food preparation.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
